Hoop dreams

If you can find room in your heart to feel sympathy for sectarian dickheads, spare a thought for Rangers fans.

Then the taigs go and beat Barcelona.

Life is unfair, even to those that have it coming.

Changeless, hopeless

I guess it says a lot about the last four years that the highlight of last night was a Democrat getting elected in Ted Kennedy’s old seat.

I’m bleary after staying up to watch the show from across the Atlantic. And maybe I’ll feel more positive about it once I’ve caught up on some sleep. But right now my reaction doesn’t go much beyond relief at what was avoided.
